This dish rack is poorly designed and the quality is also poor. The spacing of the frame on the sides is too wide so that small items fall through. The plate rack spacing is such that plates fall through to touch the draining mat. The silverware holder is only connected at the top unlike the photo so that falls over with added weight. I have to prop it against the wall to prevent that from happening. Finally, with only six months of moderate use by a single person who does not cook (i.e. I only use it for ceramic, glass and plastic dishes), the chrome plating has begun to rust. I have no idea why this would get such high ratings by others.
