This flat iron work very well, no complaints. It stinks like bug spray and when your done with your hair your hair smells like bug spray. I cleaned the flat plates with a damp cloth and Dawn thinking it was oil from the machine works. No it didn't work. I decided to "burn" it off by letting it stay on for 20 minutes, let it cool and do it again. My bathroom, bedroom and living room smells like bug spray. Not good. Would I buy this product again no. Seller is great
