A Very Dissatisfying User Experience
Klipsch had better do recall on these, there just horrible. I waited 3-months for these to eventually release. That was my first mistake, I should have waited to consider them after they had been out for 2-3 months first. At least then I could see the other reviews first and look elsewhere.
These cut out really bad, and I'm not just talking a second or two, I'm talking anywhere from 4-6 seconds or more. Every time I try to listen to these I get severe drop out issues. I visited the Klipsch website and followed all there advice on how to prevent these from dropping out to no avail, these still have connectivity issues galore. My iPhone XS Max is only a few feet from them and there in direct line of site with nothing between so go figure.
On top of that Klipsch claim to have an App coming that will help with equalization and sound improvement, they've been saying that for 4-months now and still no App. With a company as big as Klipsch they can't pay a developer to create an App to do what they claim, well...that's just plain lazy.
Uncomfortable? Yes! The poles are too long and they won't stay in your ears for long, Klipsch claims that folks like to wear them with the extended part facing up and should wear them with the extended part facing your neck, well...I tried that and still they want to shake free and that's not even while jogging, that's just walking.
If your like me and don't want to buy cheap brand wireless earbuds and want to buy from a reputable company don't look to buying these, you'll be very disappointed to say the least.
On top of all that, I'm spending even more money on them trying to ship them back so I can get a refund. Don't waste your money or your time with these believe me I know.
