They simply are NOT 2500 lumens! They are in the low hundreds for lumens. There is no consistency in the brightness from flashlight to flashlight which shows they are poor quality. IDENTICAL flashlights to this one are advertised here at a wide range of lumens and those that are said to be ultrafire are simply counterfeit knockoffs without the quality or bright light. Ultrafire does not even make this style flashlight at anything over a few hundred lumens. You take your chances buying these, you could get good or bad or usable but you will NEVER get 2500 lumens or anything even near 900 lumens so they are falsely advertising, which in my book is fraud, even if they are not counterfeit! Both flashlights in the photos are counterfeit.
