Have had it not even two weeks, we’ve had to restart it multiple times because we keep losing the sound and/or channels. 1st picture is same channel on the new Sony Bravia as the 2nd picture from my 15 year old Sony Bravia at the same exact time. We ordered a Sony to replace our 10 year 55 inch Panasonic. I wish we had stuck to Panasonic, no comparison in picture quality, sound, dependability. If it weren’t for the fact we are quarantined because of COVID19, we would send this piece of junk back. We have thrown away the box it came in because we never expected the low quality from Sony. Like I said we have a 15 year old 32 inch Sony that works better than this piece of junk. Update:😥 2nd time in two days our Sony Bravia loses all sound when we switch channels. I am so frustrated. We still have hit/miss on which channels are fuzzy. Because of COVID19 & our high risk, we cannot return it; I threw away the box and there is no way we would allow UPS or FedEx near us. When they delivered, they left on the porch. It was supposed to be my husbands Fathers Day present.
