Awful experience.
WORD OF WARNING.. I ordered and tried these with a regular sized lunch and within 6 hours I was having ridiculously painful cramps and diarrhea. It is now 6 days (!!) later and I’m STILL dealing with this. SIX DAYS of cramps and diarrhea. I don’t think I’d describe myself as having a sensitive stomach but these pills are messing me up. Use with caution.
