The correct model espresso maker was delivered (EC155), however THIS PRODUCT HAS CHANGED from what the pictures show. I don't mind cheap plastic where it doesn't matter, but designing a PLASTIC PORTAFILTER holder where super heated water/coffee drips through is not only cheap, it's a HEALTH CONCERN. The box label even indicates CANCER/REPRODUCTIVE HARM labeling on the box. I can't imagine that this would help the flavor either. Seems like this would be one of the most important parts to be metal, and is a real deal-breaker. I've contacted both Amazon and DeLonghi regarding a replacement metal portafilter holder since that is what they advertise. Further, neither website is consistent/accurate in their pictures. Amazon shows metal, and Delonghi shows some with metal, and others with the new plastic design. This is false advertisement as far as I'm concerned. I hope they stand by their advertisement and replace this piece. If they do, I will update this review and rate this machine higher, as this machine is supposed to be a great budget performer.
