Terrible device. Followed directions specifically as written and this device is not accurate!! I do not recommend this item. Measured my stride length as directed, and entered all data required , then went to a college track to see if the mileage was accurate. It indicated on the device after walking one mile (4 times around the track) that I walked .60 miles. I watched the instruction video to make sure, and then emailed this company since there is no 800 number or chat available. I then received an “auto generated” response sending me an email with instructions. Very disappointing.
