I bought these hoping that they would be heavy/thick and not prone to warping. The first time I put one in the oven, I heard a 'snap' noise from the other room, and wondered what it was. It was one of these sheet pans warping. They warp at 350 degrees+. I did two "wellingtons" and the pan snapped and curled, and caused one thing to slide into the other. I'm extremely disappointed. For the amount of money I spent on these two sheet pans, I really thought that the "Rolled edge" and "thick" metal would mean that they wouldn't buckle or warp like a cheap thin pan. Not worth 25 or 30.00 at all, if you need a sheet tray that won't buckle or warp in the oven.
