I originally purchased this product thinking this was “it” and i found a good multivitamin. Then i received the box and noticed a p65 warning for cancer and reproductive harm. The niacin levels in this supplement are 50mg (313% daily value) when according to the national institute of health an average adult is not supposed to consume more than 16mg for men and 14mg for women. From what i understand... dietary supplements with 30 mg or more of nicotinic acid can make the skin on your face, arms, and chest turn red and burn, tingle, and itch. These symptoms can also lead to headaches, rashes, and dizziness. Not saying don’t take the supplement if you like it, but wanted others to make informed decisions before they did. I’ve taken many multivitamins that never had to issue a p65 warning (my other brand was out of stock). Don’t recommend these.
