Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I purchased this battery less than one year ago. It began failing about a month ago and has now just been replaced after a trusted mechanic tested it and found it to be bad. I have read several similar reviews producing a bad rap for Optima and would suggest using caution when purchasing. For the record, all battery manufacturers have a certain level of defect and it would be unfair for me to assume all Optima products are lacking in quality. That clearly is not true. Regardless, in my case, it has been very inconvenient and disappointing. So, now the pleasantly surprising part. I contacted Amazon and they refunded the purchase without any hesitation and apologized for the inconvenience. Very impressed with all interactions I've had with them over the last 2 years. Thank you Amazon!
