This was my first attempt with a "smart" thermostat. I have several Nest cameras and was expecting the same quality. This is what I experienced. 1. The website indicated that this product would be compatible with my wiring. WRONG! During the setup process I was told to hire a professional to install a "C" wire. 2. The product comes with no instructions. 3. The website does not list this as a current product. I guess it is too new. Google, are you kidding me? 4. I installed a "C" wire and completed the installation only to find out that the temperature sensor showed my room at 88 degrees. When I took the thermostat off the wall, the temperature dropped to the real room temperature. When I put it back on the wall...back to 88 degrees. I believe the unit's own temperature is throwing off the sensor when you put it on the wall. 5. Tried Google Support and was on hold for 40 minutes only to be hung up on. This is being returned to Amazon tomorrow.
