Fit well. I have small hands, went w medium. I believe small would be child size. These seem well made, stitched w suede palms and well made knuckles. The real test will be in the field after which I will revisit this review. I’ve attached photos so you could see real-life as the appear UPDATE: reduced from 4 to 2 star. After one firewood run, it appears I am losing tactile exterior on inside of finger area(s). Used for nothing more than grabbing, cracking firewood. At first I though it was dirt but after closer inspection noticed what now appears to be pleather losing its colored coating. I suspect the palms/fingers will soon all be black.
