Let me start off by saying this was a refurbished item. They didn't refurbish it properly. It still has touch pad insensitivity and now the tablet boots into a nonusable state. And now I've learned I can't return or exchange this. A wasted chunk of money. Guess I've learned my lesson with Amazon's "Refurbished" merchandise.
