After only using this no more than 10 times, I discovered that the bottom of the bag was wearing thin and developed holes from hitting the ground as I was pulling it along on hills, with heavy groceries (e.g., citrus and jars) at the bottom. The bag needs something solid on the bottom so that it doesn't slip through the frame when being pulled along (especially up hill with heavy groceries). Alternatively or in addition, it needs a vertical bar in the back to keep it from slipping through. So now I have a frame with a bag that isn't usable. What a waste of $40!
