Not sure why this steamer received 4.5 stars. I purchased this steamer because of the reviews. -Leaked when I was mopping. Leaked when I was using hand held. -When I pulled the mop back as I was mopping, the front of the mop head would pull up. This caused the mop to have almost no contact with the floor. So you're only cleaning when you push forward, -After cleaning half of my big kitchen, the cloth mop was barely dirty. -The mop head kept getting locked in the upright position when I was mopping. This was really irritating. -After about 54 inches of cleaning grout, the attachment starting falling apart. -It felt cheap. As I mopped, thought the thing was going to break. -Not sure why but as the water level when down (not empty) so did the amount of steam produced.
