Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Broke down, ink cartridges cost as much as new printer and still not working. Apparently HP Printer's have notified COSTCO of ink cartridge issues, but have not bothered to notify those who purchase their printer's. HP used to be the 'go to' for best office equipment, quality and service is lacking. I need a business computer I can count on, this isn't it if does not acknowledge a new ink cartridge, and malware is up to date, I did check.
