Facebook forced me to download this app on my Kindle in order to see my messages at all, which I resented, because it asks for permission for my GPS location, which I don't think is Facebook or the App's business. The app isn't even compatible with Kindle because every time I get a message my device freezes and I have to keep starting it over. Also when I do other things such as playing a game or browsing the Internet people's facebook photos pop up in the top right-hand corner and interferes with what I am doing until I can poke the faces enough times to make them go away and it made me inadvertently call someone. I think the app is not necessary, and I don't appreciate that Facebook forced it on me. I gave it one star because I couldn't give it a zero.
