Fair warnning: I didn't finish the book. I got so turned off halfway that I simply "close" the book and give up. The book clearly shows that the author has a rudimentary knowledge of how kindle publishing works. Re-purposing old copyright books? This can get you banned for life from Amazon. There's not much information on cover design, formatting, and most importantly, how to write a high quality book. It's NOT as easy as he makes it sound like. You can't just outsource your cover design for $5 dollars an expect to get quality. Cover is crucial to your book. Conclusion, don't bother wasting your time.
