Since buying this collar, we've removed ticks on a daily basis from our dog. The last collars we had worked so well we only removed 1 tick the entire year. These, not even close. They also don't like to stay on, so we had to use 2 zip ties to keep it from pulling apart every time our dog went outside. The scent on them is fairly strong, but it's not too overbearing. For some though, it may be an issue. I definitely would not recommend these for any pet that goes outside, and wouldn't even recommend them for strictly indoor pets either. They just don't work.
