I emailed the company asking where they sourced their creatine from (Animals? Plants? Synthetic? Just generally asking what is it made of) & to sum up their answer they said, it depends where they can find it cheapest so they do not exactly know. I found that to be super suspicious. It is unflavored but when I mix it with water it tastes absolutely awful! Would never recommend or purchase this product again.
