Dear Fitbit: Oh look! Your other 3 stars are DIMMED OUT. How do YOU like that “feature?”
Ok, Fitbit. Why can’t we choose our display options? Why are the MINUTES shown in faint ghostly type? Only the hour counts? Minutes live in a fog? Evidently it’s “1” right now and I’m waiting for “2”.
Why would you REDUCE the features of the charge 2 with an “improved” model? Yes, it’s lighter, but I need to SEE the dang thing in order to actually use it.
I miss the DATE. I miss knowing what actual time it is. With charge 2, I liked to surreptitiously glance at my wrist to see how many minutes were left in my client’s hour, so I could wind things down. Now I have to hold up my wrist up like a giant obvious nearsighted clock-watcher.
Give us back the clock-face options, not just dim and dimmer.
Whose brilliant idea was it to ghost-out the name of the text-sender?
Whose brilliant idea was it to use gnat-sized fonts?
Did you not TEST this product on REAL people? People who use minutes when they talk about time? People who want to know which person in fog-land is sending that text message?
So disappointed.
Dear Product Development for Fitbit: I’m giving you half the stars and you can pretend the other three stars are just dim and foggy and you can’t see them... because only HALF the information matters, right?
