What a worthless waste of money. Bought for European travel, where my faucet-mounted oral irrigator is impossible to connect to hotel faucets. After one trip, tossed into the bin - by now it's landfill along with the unnecessary bag and other accessories. A masterpiece of poor design in every way. Huge, heavy, ugly. Wretched ergonomics: there's no way to hold it that gets the tip where it needs to go and moves it smoothly along the gum line. Dinky reservoir doesn't hold enough to do even one quadrant with any thoroughness, so it takes at least 5 or 6 clumsy refills to get it done. Tip has to narrow a jet, probably to make up for the lack of power, so even though it's forceful it doesn't move enough water to clean effectively. A charge only lasts a couple of days, so you have to bring the bulky and heavy charger and cord (and a Euro adapter!). The reservoir leaks during air travel, so needs to be kept in a plastic bag. I replaced this loser with a battery-powered model from the big electronics company that starts with P. What a joy!
