I loved the features, and it worked really well 2-3 times. However, one day it stopped heating. The LCD still showed that it was set on low or high, but it stayed cool all day. I was past the return window, but Amazon let me send it back for a restocking fee. I'm hoping the new model of this slow cooker will be reliable. EDIT While the new model did cook food, after using it for a year the lid completely shattered when my husband tried to lift it. Do not recommend this product.
