It's a nice travel pillow. Comfortable, stows relatively small, and has some nice features like the flat back. The weak point is the velcro strip. When you pull the velcro apart, the part attached to the pillow fabric pulls away in a worrying fashion making me fear the fabric may rip at some point. Since I travel only a few times a year, it may be a long time, but relatively few uses before this happens. I did NOT receive this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review and I'm getting a little annoyed at the number of "honest" reviews that did. Stop gaming the review system.
