I don't understand the quantity of positive reviews. Yes, this is a "pretty" oven. The oven interface is fine. But that's about it. The grate and tray and basket are VERY flimsy (and that's all you get). The grate can easily slip down between the shelf slides with very little downward pressure. No possible way this holds a 10-pound bird. The fan is pretty loud, and it is on even for simple operations like toasting. The stainless steel skin is THIN gauge (both in and out). The back skin is also thin and COMPLETELY uninsulated making the back very dangerously hot (as hot as the inside). The oven window has no insulation and seemed to have no IR blocking, making it likewise dangerously hot. In addition to being dangerous, this can't be energy efficient and I know my AC bill would have suffered. Returned and replace with a Ninja Foodi XL that I paid the same for. Different league. WAY, WAY higher quality on all meaningful fronts. Perhaps not quite as pretty and I'm not a fan of the Ninja's somewhat klunky interface, but the quality difference is...Yugo vs Audi. For me this was replacing a Cuisinart toaster/convection oven, which was also of far higher quality but significantly cheaper. Not recommended. Many better options for the same or less.
