SECOND TIME with this SAME product and BOILING water spewed from the top on to garments and skin!! Water was NOT filled past the line, AND this started happening the third time using it BOTH TIMES. I was written and asked to remove my first review if they sent me a new steamer and reimbursement for the inconvenience. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT IT WILL NOT WORK PAST THE THIRD TIME USING IT.
