This model: Sonicare DailyClean 1100 HX3411/04 has an oddly shaped post to attach the brush head to - think zig-zag, not straight (I would attach a photo, but don't see how to do that?). Generic and Sonicare brand brush heads that I have from previous models will not fit this design. I haven't been able to find generic replacement brush heads - I assume the reason for Philips making this new design to make their brand brushes the only ones that will fit it, at this time, anyway. It came with a C1 Simply Clean brush head. Star rating is based on the brush issue and the manufacturer not showing a photo of that part of the handle before purchasing. I am not rating the performance, as it has not been used. Won't be keeping if the only brushes available are the pricey name brand.
