These shoes are really beautiful, BUT... I am not new to buying shoes, I have worn size 9.5-10 for about 25 years now, and have bought my fair share of shoes during this time. When I received these shoes, I was sadly disappointed that they are WAY too small. I ordered size 10. They say "41" on the bottom. However, they are no where near size 10/41. I have several pairs of size 40 shoes that are larger than these. According to the size chart, size 10/41 should be about 10.25 inches, heel to toe. These measure 9.75 inches, and according to the size chart, that puts my shoes at size 8.5/39. I realize that there is going to be some variation from shoe to shoe, but 2 1/2 sizes is ridiculous. So, I contact Amazon, who contacts the seller, AvaCostume, and their response? "Nope, they are US size 10/41. Those are the correct size shoes." I tried to explain this logically, that there is NO possible way that the shoes I received are "US size 10/41." But this has fallen all on deaf ears, I have been given the option to send my $20 shoes back on my dime if they don't fit. But this is BS, because they are NOT what they are described to be. It is not my fault that the shoes don't fit, I didn't order the wrong size, and they are so not even close to the advertised size, it's comical. Their shoes and their company apparently are just awful, and I would not recommend buying anything from them. I've been a prime subscriber for a few years now, and up until this point have always been very happy with Amazon customer service, but I feel like they've really dropped the ball here. I don't think its right that a seller can sell items that are so grossly misrepresented in the item information, and completely condone it, basically shrugging their shoulders at me.
