This item was purchased in April 2021, and just last night the water pick flosser function stopped working properly. Up until recently, things were functioning well, and the brush/flosser were doing their jobs well. However, last night it began to function intermittently. The brush function still works well, but the flosser on turns on part of the time. Sometimes it will turn on when I hit the button, most times it won't. Disappointing, especially considering this item is only two months old. I'd reconsider purchasing. UPDATE: I contacted Waterpik and they replaced the unit. The new unit was received in August 2021, and as of a month ago, is now leaking water out the bottom. I contacted Waterpik again, but have yet to hear anything back. Given this is my second issue with a unit under 2 years old, I'd say it's safe to pass on this product.
