Blue? A rug?
Came sealed and vacuum packed (? ) in plastic). Apparently been sitting somewhere in the sun. Looked faded and definitely not blue perhaps white with a hint that it had once been blue. Going to return this awful “thing “ that’s being called a rug. Can’t convince me it’s a rug.
