It didn’t work for us. My wife has a few chin hairs that this wouldn’t even phase. No results at all. One of the reasons I purchased it was, in the write up of the ad it says that you have a six month guaranty. Good luck with that. Try to find anywhere on the ad page, the box, the paperwork, contact information to return it. I can’t find it anywhere and I’ve looked for hours. I got a response from the seller. They asked me to contact them outside of Amazon. Major red flag. They offered me a refund if I changed my review to 5 stars. My integrity can’t be bought. Too bad their’s can.
