It's not what Pulsar says about this unit, it what they don't say that concerns me. No mention of warranty. I emailed? The answer: one year, but there was an emphasis on "properly maintained" which in this case just feels like an escape clause. I asked "why this model G12KBN didn't appear on their Website? Has it been discontinued?" No Answer I asked "does this model come with the battery? The battery cables? oil? the wheel kit, like Champion does?" No answer. I asked "Is there a "GenTent" housing made to fit this unit? (without modification?)" No Answer I asked "Does this generator, as seen on Amazon, ship with free lift gate delivery service?" No Answer To be clear, I will not suggest some other generator...that would question the legitimacy of this review. This is a sizeable investment for many folks and I thought this info might be helpful.
