Product did not work and seller didn't give a full refund.
I bought 6 of these and one didn't work. I asked for a refund, Friendship Lamp's customer service asked me if I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in. I just asked for a refund. After I ship their product back (that never worked to begin with), Friendship Lamp emails me to inform me that they are keeping $20 because the lamp was damaged. I will be filing a report with Amazon A-Z Guarantee.
