What the actual f— This looks absolutely nothing like the product shown. Bonsai has 0 BRANCHES, no BAISIN, 0 PEBBLES, 0 ROCKS. This is a straight up false advertising as the product delivered does not even resemble the one pictured. In fact NOTHING PICTURED was given. Too embarrassing to give as a gift. MAYBE if the bonsai had multiple branches I could have at least bought the basin and pebbles and dressed it up myself. But the way it is now I can’t salvage it at all. What am I supposed to say to the recipient?? “Wait a few years and maybe it’ll have branches”. That was literally your only job. Grow the tree for me until it has branches... at least pretend to take pride in your work.
