PLEASE!!! do not waste your money or time on this! this printer does not work with windows 10. There is no customer support and the usb that comes with it doesn't work either... I missed the mark for a return and there's nothing I can do about that but If I can prevent someone else from making the same mistake I will.... be careful for 5 star reviews they offer $50 gift card's for them and that was my mistake smh lol... PSA: This review is about my personal experience with this device, however if you do have windows 10 you can pretty much expect the same experience. Also I did give print quality 5 stars because you will be able to print "one" label which is a test print and it is extremely clear! Imagine if the printer worked! :(
