Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

When we first received this cleaner we were very happy as to how it worked. Did a great job on my smaller pool and was fun to watch scoot around... for 1 week until it slowed to almost no movement and pretty much stopped working all together. I took it out and inspected it I can find nothing jamming up wheels or gears and nothing looks wrong in general but it's definitely jammed up and I've now tried a good rinse to flush anything out but has not worked. And because of how much we liked how it worked during it's one week of service I tried contacting the seller to ask if there was anything we could do or try to get it working again but I haven't received any response and it's been over a week. So looks like we are about to go down the return route but from what some of these return reviews say that is going to be an uphill battle as well.
