Filter is garbage
The filter unit began making strange noises after a few weeks. We've tried cleaning it and replacing the filter, running it without a filter (as an experiment), but nothing helps. Not sure how to get satisfaction as Amazon isn't interested in helping.

Amazon continues to be useless and no one seems to be able to find the seller/vendor. Filter is worse now.
