Least expensive one because the bottom pan's bottom is not layered with aluminum or copper. But it doesn't have to be. 6/2/16 Update: This pot still works for me. But the metal has turned a very dark grey in the upper pan. The lower pan has white mineral deposits that won't come off (as they do with my other stainless steel pans). It's looking pretty nasty. Still works. But the steel it's made of is very low grade. 7/23/16 Update: The lower pan has developed brown rust all around the edges where the top pan fits in. The bottom of the pan is rusting too. It's rusting out! 7/29/16 I am concerned about metals poisoning. The cooking pan has turned almost black. Lord knows what it's made of. I'm getting rid of it.
