Constant buzzing. Design flaw.
There is a constant, high-pitched buzz that comes from the oven when not in use. For some reason, it stops even when you turn on the inside light. I read a couple other reviews that mentioned this, but thought it couldn't be widespread given mostly positive reviews. Unfortunately, it's a huge problem. My last Breville Smart Oven lasted over 8 years with a lot of use. Customer support is also non-responsive. This one is going back and I'll be buying from another brand.
