People need to know that when they receive this product that they must COMPLETELY inspect the bag for pests. I looked my bag over from the outside and thought that although not very pretty, the almonds looked at least edible.... until I left them in my cabinet for about a month. That was apparently the perfect amount of time for the Indian pantry moths that came inside to mature. They ate their way out of the bag and now, months later, I have a recurring infestation of moths about every month. Their eggs are so small that they are very hard to get rid of and the price is very costly since I have had to throw away quite a lot of dried goods that had been destroyed by them. I'm sure some people have received bags that arrived unscathed but please, for the sake of your sanity and your health, check them asap as to prevent what I am still going through. Hopefully the company will read this as well as similar reviews and enforce better quality control because the price of these is very good compared to any other place I have seen similar items.
