First off, I just want to point out a couple of things. The developers did a good job trying to make a decent quality app that kids would enjoy - and they succeeded. Kids can potentially have a lot of fun coloring and drawing with this app. There are several drawing instruments to use and the ability to save your work is given as well. Also, while there is in-app purchasing, there is a way to disable it in the options menu, and there is no billing permission that usually comes attached with these apps. That being said, this is a kids app, and in-app purchasing has no business being in a kids app. It is too easy for the kid to explore and accidentally buy the expansions, even with the disable function. The devs really would be better off selling the app at a higher price with everything available than subjecting kids to decisions that they are not necessarily ready to make. I would love to give this app four stars and recommend getting it today. However, the most I can give it right now is one star. It really is a cute application, but the in-app purchasing has to go. - Sam
