These boots are so cute. I really wanted to love them, but my reasoning for 2 stars is for 2 reasons. 1. They arrived on time, but the packaging was terrible! They weren't in a box they came shoved in a huge bubble envelope and then that was duct taped shut. It was almost as if someone returned them like that and they just shipped it off to me. Because the packaging was terrible the boots were basically ruined. They were indented and bent and I couldn't get them back to the original shape. This is the first time I have ever experienced bad packaging through amazing. 2. They run small. I'm a true size 11, my whole life I've never had to go up or down a size in a shoe no matter what the brand. This to me fits more like a 10. If you want these I would consider ordering a size up. If the packaging was better and they would have actually fit then I do believe these boots would have been 4-5 stars. Super cute true to color and very warm.
