I ordered a small suit that is snug on my grandson for homecoming a week prior to the event. I decided to keep the small and order a medium to compare sizes and return the unworn suit. I ordered a medium that came per 2 day delivery. I took it out of the package only to find the suit had been worn, tags were off, pants had been laundered, one arm was inside out, one leg was inside out. AND....the pants and vest are size large and the jacket is XL! I called Amazon who quickly refunded the cost so I could reorder the medium. It won’t be here until Friday and the event is Saturday. No express shipping. Compensation? $10.00. The representative that I talked to was nice enough and did what he could. Obviously he has no empowerment to make things right. I will be updating my review once I receive a NEW suit in the CORRECT size.
