I had the revlon rotating brush. After several years of daily use it quit rotating. I purchased the Conair as a replacement. It is by far the worst thing I have ever purchased off of amazon. The bristles on the brush are the same consistency of a newborn baby brush. No matter how you hold the brush it snags and pulls the hair. If you have hair around the brush and it falls off at the top, it will immediately start knitting your hair to the scalp. It also wraps any hair loose from the brush around the rotating mechanism where the brush joins to the handle. It continues to wrap until it is bound up to the point that the brush will not rotate. It does this so quick that at times it is almost impossible to prevent. I have tried placing the hair on the brush to stop this but I haven’t been successful. Brushes like these are great to add volume to fine hair but I am doing way more damage to my hair than is necessary. Like I said, I used another brand of rotating brush for several years with out problems. This brush does not even deserve 1 star in my opinion. As of this moment, this brush is in my garbage can.
