I was very excited to learn about this product, but disappointed that it is not simple to use. The directions indicated to add it in the softener dispenser. OK, but then it must soak during the rinse cycle for 15 minutes. I cant program my washer to do that, and I am not going to babysit what is known as an automatic washing machine. We will use it up, but not purchase again.
