The subwoofer sounds good when on. But mines a dud. When off for a while the status led will go completely off. The unit then no longer turns back on using 12v trigger from reciever or when set to auto on. Have to unplug power for a while and plug back in to get it working. Even tried with another reciever and still had issue. Contacted tech support and still no reply over a week later. Update: Got email reply 2weeks after submitting it saying they have been too busy and that if I still need help to call them. Tried that and got hung up after being on hold and speaking with rep. Never got call back even though they had my name and phone number. Wasted 45minutes and still have broken item.
