I used to have a LeBistro, for my last dog, same size. It was a simple drop in affair. You filled up the bottle, which was just like five gallon water bottle for a regular water dispenser, and you turned it over onto the stand/bowl and sat it down. Simple, easy, no muss, no fuss. Now they have this "locking lug" mess with a wide mouth on the bottle. It spills water everywhere no matter what I do. Even if I try to put the bowl on it upside down and set the whole thing down, I end up with a mess and water all over the floor. I hate this thing and I dare not fill it all the way up. Why did they have to mess with a winning design that worked?? I will not be buying another.
