I usually do not write any reviews but this time i think i have to warn people outside US. I am sure that the product is amazing; however, it doesn't work outside US even with the converter. I have some electronic devices that i have purchased from US and they all work perfectly with the converter. But Hot Tools device got fried in less than a minute even though i have used the converter. I wish the company DID put a warning that this item cannot be used outside US! Amazon team was great and offered me a refund. However, i still want this device. Hot Tools can we have a dual voltage device, please, for us , international customers?
