My 15 month old pulls them out of the outlets with ease, having to order new ones to replace them. I recommend the safety first brand. My 10 year old can barely get them off. CHEAPER IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER! buy quality over expense! It is your childs safety you are talking about! I hope this helps someone and prevents a child from being harmed. (Top outlet cover is safety 1st and bottom cover is this pointless piece of plactic I am writing a review on)
